Players are allowed to change who they have picked for the overall Champion in the 450's. You must do it with this weeks picks. Go to rules section to see what that means (i.e points options)

Picking New West Coast LItes CHAMP
Go to rules, but here is the explanation. You can change your Championship Winner before A2. this is just for the West Coast Lites. If you stick with the one you have picked and he wins you will get an extra 30 points at the end of the season. If you change and he wins you get 10 points extra. So, chose wisely.

Lites West and East
The west and east lights are combined into one league. So you will pick a winner of championships from both coasts and can change them in the middle of each season. You don't have to pick the winner of the east until they start. If you keep your picks in both leagues and they win, you will get an extra 60 points. Good luck though, because it is hard pick the right one of these young guys.
